The inthemix50 is an annual competition held nationally to determine Australia’s best DJs. Whilst working at The Sound Alliance (now junkeemedia.com), the Creative Director and I developed an initial concept into the entire inthemix50 campaign, which spanned across 3 stages – teaser, competition and event – and included all off- and online creative. As part of the campaign, I also created all animation and videos, including the Award Night presentation (which I also manually ran on the night), and the Award Night visuals seen here. The visuals ran on plasma screens and as projections throughout Tank nightclub in Sydney on Award Night, and also at the inthemix50 DJ performances in multiple locations around Australia.
